MCManhunt ranks unlock perks across the network: bigger parties, queue priority, extra in-game settings, exclusive Manhunt & Hitman twists, longer game time, the lobby /fly command, and more. Every rank is a one-time purchase on store.mcmanhunt.com, or you can buy the Iron–Amethyst ranks in-game with gems. See exactly which twists each rank unlocks, or spend $500+ lifetime and the Top Supporter rank unlocks on its own.
Playing in a party? Every member gets the party leader’s rank perks, so a single rank powers your whole group.

The highest rank on the network, and it isn’t for sale. It unlocks on its own once you’ve spent $500 or more on the store, lifetime. Ranks, gems and collections all count towards it.

For creators
Content Creator ranks
Eligible content creators get a rank with Amethyst-tier perks for free: an expanded party size beyond the purchasable rank limits, access to a private Lava Rises server for streamers, and more. It’s a fair trade: you promote and play on the server, make videos or stream on it, and in return you get the benefits of our highest rank, plus extras.
Permanent creator ranks
Twitch Rank
- Minimum 3,000+ followers
- At least 20 average viewers
- At least 5 streams on the server within a 6-month period
YouTube Rank
- 500,000+ total views
- 5,000+ subscribers
- 10,000+ views on a video promoting / featuring our server
Alternative for livestreamers: if streaming on YouTube is your main way of making content, these two replace the promo-video requirement (every other requirement still applies): at least 5 streams on the server within a 6-month period, and a minimum peak of 100 viewers per server stream.
If your video on the network is not short-form, the watermark requirement can be waived as long as the description lists the server IP.
TikTok Rank
- At least 50,000 followers
- 500,000 views on a single video
- 50,000+ views on a video featuring / promoting our server
All requirements for a given platform must be met. Promotion requirements: if it’s a Short, the video must contain our watermark, clearly visible on screen for more than ¾ of the full video length; it needs to (appear to) be recorded on the server; and it must be no older than half a year. The channel itself is also a factor: it must have content relevant to our network, i.e. Minecraft videos.

Temporary creator ranks
Streamer Rank
- Stream MCManhunt on Twitch or YouTube and appear LIVE on holograms globally across the network
- Minimum 500 followers, and you must be live-streaming on the network
- Unlocks all Amethyst Rank perks while you’re live (active only while streaming on the network)
Use /stream in-game to learn more and link your account.
Creator Rank
- Post a qualifying video and get all Amethyst Rank perks for a set length of time
- Each platform has its own view milestones and minimum audience, listed in the table below
- Got another qualifying clip? Wait until your current rank expires before re-applying

View milestones only count if the video also meets the requirements below: watermark, posting date, and the rest.
Video requirements (all platforms)
- The video must contain one of our watermarks, clearly visible on screen. Download the watermark (PNG)
- It needs to be recorded on the server IP mcmanhunt.com
- It must be no older than half a year (6 months)
- It must follow our rules: no racism, bigotry, toxicity, homophobia, NSFW, etc.
Using the watermark
- Transparent PNG, 1080×1920, so it overlays straight onto a vertical edit
- On a Short it must stay clearly visible for more than ¾ of the video
- On a full-length YouTube video you can skip the watermark, as long as the description lists the server IP instead
You may repost your own clips as long as they meet the requirements above and they are your clips. Each unique post can only be redeemed once per Creator Rank duration period. Duplicate submissions will be denied. All content creator ranks, permanent or temporary, may be revoked if the creator breaks server rules, or at an admin’s discretion.

Which twists does each rank unlock?
Twists are the toggles that change how a game plays. 57 of them can be picked in the game settings menu, and 53 of those need a rank, so only four are free. Every rank includes the twists of the ranks below it, so Amethyst unlocks all 53. Only the party leader’s rank matters, so one rank unlocks these for your whole party. Each card shows the running total of twists and game settings available at that rank, with the +N figure being what the tier adds on its own. The list below it is those new additions. Shearing is OP
Shear a mob, get a treasure chest. Every shearable mob is secretly linked to a vanilla chest loot table (buried treasure, ancient city, bastion, end city), and shearing it drops that table’s contents instead of wool. The links are reshuffled at the start of every game, so the sheep that gave you diamonds last round might give you nothing this time. 20 shearable variants, all worth testing.

Structure Mania
Every five minutes, a random vanilla structure drops out of the sky on top of every player, and everyone rolls their own. You might get a village while the hunter chasing you gets a pillager outpost. You’re told what landed on you, and you won’t be buried by it. Faster in Random Item Challenge, where waves come every three minutes.

Mob Spawn Eggs
Adds mob spawn eggs to the random item pool. Anything can show up, including warden, wither, elder guardian and evoker eggs, which are three times rarer than the rest. Special eggs like the Ender Dragon are excluded.

Eating / Damage gives a random effect
Two favourites from Manhunt come to Random Item Challenge. Eating gives a random effect (free) hands you a random 15-second potion effect every time you eat. Damage gives a random effect (Diamond) does the same for 5 seconds every time you take a hit.

- SwapHunt: SwapHunt lets hunters and runners swap roles when a runner dies. Hunter kills cause a direct swap, while natural deaths or runner kills swap the dead runner with the closest hunter. Inventories achievements and spawn points transfer too, and runners cannot drop or stash key items or their best gear.Manhunt · Hitman

“OP Loot drops” twists make that source drop an overpowered loot roll instead of its normal drop. They run in Manhunt and Hitman, and most also run in Death Swap. Every rank also unlocks extra game settings on top of these twists, such as Keep Inventory, border size, tracker compass and Random Item Challenge options.

Gems
Gems are MCManhunt’s in-game currency. Spend them in the lobby shops on cosmetics and ranks, or save up and unlock the paid ranks without spending money.
What can you buy with gems?
- Ranks: buy Iron through Amethyst in-game (gem prices in the table above)
- Weapon skins: sword, axe, bow, crossbow and shield skins, sold individually or as bundles (Common → Legendary rarities); complete a full weapon bundle and the matching shield is free
- Mounts: rideable cosmetic mounts
- Hats & cosmetics: cosmetic items (Common → Collectible rarities)
- Lava Rises kits: starting kits for the Lava Rises game mode

Do ranks stack or upgrade?
Ranks don’t stack. Each higher rank already includes everything from the ranks below it. Buying a higher rank automatically discounts the upgrade by your current rank’s value, whether you pay with money or gems.
What is the Top Supporter rank?
The highest rank on the network, and it isn’t for sale. It unlocks automatically once you’ve spent $500 or more on the store across your lifetime. Ranks, gems and collections all count.
