Minimum Age Requirement

YouTube API Services — Additional Disclosures

As part of our streaming link feature, we use YouTube API Services. In addition to the information above:

  • We access only the minimum data necessary (channel ID, stream status, basic profile information) to provide the feature.
  • We do not store YouTube API data beyond what is needed for the feature to function. Cached data (such as stream status) is refreshed regularly and not retained long-term.
  • We do not use YouTube API data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the streaming link feature.
  • Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • You can revoke McManhunt’s access to your Google/YouTube data at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing the McManhunt application, or by unlinking your account through our Services.

Data Retention

  • Gameplay Data: Server logs, chat logs, and punishment records are retained for as long as necessary to operate and moderate our Services. Punishment records (bans, mutes, warnings) may be retained indefinitely to enforce our rules and track repeat offenders.
  • Purchase Data: Transaction records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, handle disputes, and comply with legal and financial obligations.
  • YouTube API Data: Data obtained through YouTube API Services is cached temporarily and refreshed on a regular basis. Upon unlinking your YouTube account or revoking access, we will delete stored YouTube-specific data within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Support Communications: Messages sent through support tickets, email, or other channels may be retained for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes.
  • Account Data: If you request deletion of your data, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your personal information from our active systems, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.
